Connect hoses back up and fill with coolant and use a burp funnel to burp system with engine running until thermostat opens.Let engine cool down, and top off radiator and overflow bottle, put cap on and you are set. If you want to flush the brake system,bleed brakes (with an assistant) and keep adding brake fluid to master cylinder until the fluid coming out the bleeder screws is clear.
