Talking that many pain killers can't be good for you!!I expect the pain is due to the car accidents, you could have a weakening of the vertebrae, and you've slipped a disk.get a full x-ray of your back and pelvis if you can.good luck....answers 2:My mother has a degenerative disk in her back and her pain is often like that. Hers started when her jerk boyfriend threw her off a porch. See a doctor.answers 3:Well, you need a doctor to look at it and see if it's something he can fix. Whatever he says, there are some things you can eat that will help.Calcium will often reduce the pain better than pain killers. Commercial pain killers always have undesired side effects, which might include increased sensitivity to pain. Yes, really! A dose of calcium is normally around 1,000 milligrams, and you probably should take that much with every meal, and more if you think you need it. You are not going ! to overdose -- it's only food.Magnesium relaxes muscles and ne! rves, so it's good for spasms and cramps. It also stimulates your bowels, so stay near a toilet. Get epsom salts at the drug store. It's cheap. Dissolve a dose in water, then add lemonade. You can take it without the lemon, but you won't like the taste. Dosage is on the label.Vitamin C helps nearly everything in the body. It's especially important for the back because the cushion between the discs is almost pure vitamin C. You can take almost any amount of vitamin C with no problem. Dentists recommend to take several thousand milligrams per day. (If you take huge amounts, the binder in the pills might cause some trivial sort of inconvenience. And it might not.)...answers 4:herniated disc. Been there and suffered through it.
