Lavelle Viveiros: after..because if you do it before this makes your hair less able to grab onto the highlights..i get my hair dyed alot and always after..i was blonde and dyed mine brown from a box..it is still in after 6months..and i conditioned it after..dont wash your hair 2days before you get it done.The dirtier the better
