Jon Bergmeier: Also, I will be making more off it than what I owe. I was paying more every month than what my monthly payment was so I wouldn't get upside down on my loan. And I wouldn't be hitching a ride or using public transportation because we have another car. And im also not close to filling bankruptcy. I like how you just assume all of these, that im some poor white trash, irresponsible person just because I asked a simple question of selling a car I still owe on. Your whole statement just shows what an arrogant asshole you are, that obviously does not what he is talking about....Show more
Clemmie Burkleo: Who has the Title? If it is the Bank, you can not sell it without their permission because you do not own it until you pay off the loan. You can talk to the bank and see if they will allow you to sell, provided you agree to pay the rest of your loan. In which case, you sell the car, pay the bank loan off, the Bank will sign off (that it is paid in full), the! n you sign it over to the "new" owner....Show more
Patrica Loertscher: First off buddy I can afford my car thanks, im not getting rid of it because I cant afford it. Second even if it was that case have you seen the econmy. People who was living better off than you are, are now losing everything. Im selling this car because my husband is getting deployed and we dont need to cars, plus im having a lot of mechincal problems with it, his car is paid off so we are just wanting to keep his and get rid of mine. Plus, im not retarded I have fulll coverage insurance on it asshole....Show more
Elva Batie: Unless the buyer is willing to take it on faith that you'll pay off the note and provide a clear title (I wouldn't even do that for family) he'll have to accompany you to the bank to get the lien release and then to the DMV to get a clear title that you can then sign over to him.Your only other option is to see if the bank will float a short-term signature loan to pay o! ff the lien and provide you with the notarized lien release. ! If you have excellent credit, that might be an option....Show more
