do you believe that cars choose who drives them even though we choose the car?

My car won't let my bf drive lol, it stalls on him and dies on him, he can't park it he can't do anything lol it's a BMW 325i and it's in amazing condition and my bf just can't drive it lol.. I tell him it's because he said he didn't like my car one time while in my car and my car sensed that and now he needs to pay lol.. Have you seen the movie Christine (1983)..? Cars are not alive, don't have personalities, they don't know anyone, so how can they like/dislike us?If you are thinking this is because you know that some people ! have a tendency to have reliable cars and others tend to have cars that break down a lot, that's because of driving habits and/or maintenance, not because cars like or don't like the drivers. I have a friend who has a tendency to slam doors, start fast at every light, brake late, etc, and he has more car troubles than I do, but it's because he's rough on the car and that makes it more prone to problems, not because it doesn't like him....Show more
