answers1:STEPHENIE MEYER!!111!!banana!!!1hiihi!!!Just kidding.My
favored authors change every month, but I always hold those who
influenced me and my writing with great respect. One of those writers
would have to be Virginia Woolf. Her style of writing is so graceful
and poetic, yet so vivid and beautiful. Her works are of the highest
recommendation from me, particularly Waves. As for modern authors, I
really like Janet Fitch, author of White Oleander. Her writing is also
very poetic, but it brims with passion and life. As for fantasy
authors (I know you didn't ask, but I love fantasy!), I really like
and recommended Phillip Pullman's His Dark Materials Trilogy and Libba
Bray's Gemma Doyle Trilogy. Prepare to be transported by those. Happy
reading!...Show more
answers2:It depends on the type of writing, I guess. But my personal
favorite is the writing duo of Douglas Preston & Lincoln Child. They
write anthropological thrillers that are just awesome. (They're kind
of like a modern Indiana Jones meets the X-Files type of thing.)
answers3:J.R.R Tolkien, in my opinion. He created an amazing fantasy
world filled with great characters. Also, is writing and description
are amazing.
answers4:Way too big of a question. Each great author has different
characteristics which make him/her the "best" in some minds. And even
then people will disagree. My favorite author to read is Shakespeare.
His characters, the structures of his plays, and the way he portrays
the different aspects of life is amazing to me.Suggestions:Dostoevsky
