answers1: It is in the humanities because so much of it is based on
opinion, hearsay and bias. It's not empirical, its not quantitative
per se (even though you can treat some historical data in a
quantitative manner) it's much more qualitative. <br>

Oh, and because the "father of history", Herodotus, is also known as
the "father of lies". <br>

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE history, but you have to recognise that it
can't be categorised in the same way as physics, biology or even
physical geography. <br>

BTW, IMHO Human geography SHOULD be in with the humanities too....
